Not ready for prime time? What a shame, as now this can’t be reconsidered for at least three years. WPTZ reports:

The Vermont Senate has rejected a proposed amendment to the state constitution that would guarantee citizens a clear right to privacy.

The measure, which won 5-0 support in the Senate Government Operations Committee, would have added an explicit privacy provision to the Vermont Constitution.
