The Associated Press reports that U. Illinois will appeal a recent court ruling discussed previously on this blog:

The University of Illinois has appealed a court decision that found the school was wrong to use a federal privacy law to withhold the names of college applicants involved in an admissions scandal.

The university filed its appeal Tuesday with the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago.
