A shocked couple have been sent another family’s confidential details about access to their five-year-old and seven-year-old children.
Fred Dobbinson and Carol Bleasdale, of Melrose Cresent, Seaham, were sent the documents along with Fred’s divorce papers.
The papers from the court house, in John Street, Sunderland, discuss supervised visits which could have serious implications for the family concerned.
A spokesman for Her Magesty’s Court Service, Mark Kram, said: “The position is that we are investigating how this happened.
