Serbia’s Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection will conduct an overview of the application of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data via mobile telephony operators and ISPs. After a preliminary investigation last summer, the commissioner established that practice deviates from the standards established by the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia and the relevant international documents.
