New York Civil Liberties Union recently expressed concerns about Lockport City School District’s handling of potentially sensitive data when it responded to NYCLU’s request for information about its Smart Schools project.
District Superintendent Michelle Bradley on Tuesday denied the district gave out any potentially sensitive data in its response to NYCLU’s Freedom of Information Law request for documents.
