The Peruvian Ministry of Justice and Human Rights published – on 22 September 2012 – a draft Regulation which aims to implement the Personal Data Protection Law (No. 29733), enacted in July 2011.

The Draft Regulation, which was open for consultation until October 7, would apply to the public and private sectors, according to a report on dataguidance.com.
