Cook County, Ill., must face invasion of privacy, job bias, and other claims by an employee who alleges his supervisor revealed his transgender status to co-workers, the Northern District of Illinois ruled.

Logan Grimes may also pursue claims against the supervisor, Melvin Judkins, the court said Thursday.
