NBC reports:

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office and the Lee County School District are investigating a San Carlos Elementary School teacher for allegedly violating a student’s privacy.

In their report, deputies said a 5-year-old girl told her parents she was concerned after her teacher recorded a video of her in class that day and sent it on Snapchat, to a friend.
