Noting that some businesses do not honor Do-Not-Track headers, Carly Ziegler writes:

Regardless of whether a company chooses to honor DNT headers, it is important to ensure that the company’s actions are consistent with whatever privacy policies it has in place.

Read more on Proskauer.  She’s right, of course, but let’s get back to that issue of why businesses aren’t honoring such headers and whether they should be forced to honor them.
