Agnel Philip reports what is becoming all-too-common: a hacker hacks into a connected device and starts talking to a homeowner through the device. In this case, it was a Nest Cam IQ security camera, and the hacker described himself as a “whitehat” in Canada who just wanted to warn the homeowner to use different passwords on his devices, etc.
