Three current and former of the USC baseball team are being sued for invasion of privacy and emotional distress after the release of a tape of a former student having sex with one player.

The woman, identified in a Los Angeles Superior Court complaint as Jenna Doe, is seeking unspecified compensatory and punitive damages on allegations of negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy.
