James L. Rosica of Associated Press reports that Florida has become the first state to enact a law allowing state agencies to be randomly drug test employees.

So to get a job in 2013, you may have to give up your social media and e-mail logins…
You may have to consent to being drug-tested….
You can get fired for what would otherwise be protected speech on your own time and your own computer…
And oh yeah, if you use a company car, your employer can track you with GPS.

Anyone see a trend here?
