NBA star Shaquille O’Neal is at the center of an explosive new lawsuit accusing him of computer hacking, destroying evidence and indicating that he attempted to frame an employee by planting child pornography on his computer, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.
Shaq’s former employee Shawn Darling filed the suit for intentional infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy and civil R.I.C.O. (a racketeering charge) on August 3, in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

O’Neal’s PR team has issued a press release in response to the lawsuit, characterizing Darling as having tried to unsuccessfully extort O’Neal and resorting to the lawsuit to embarrass him. O’Neal’s attorney claims that the basis for the suit is a “complete and utter fabrication” and points to the accuser’s criminal history.
