The disgraced doctor who filmed women in the toilets of a New Zealand hospital has been named.
Cardiologist Samuel John Simpson Wilson, 44, was sentenced to seven months home detention after he pleaded guilty to eight charges in January.
On Wednesday, the High Court upheld the District Court’s decision to decline name suppression, releasing his identity.
Between 2012 and 2014 the former doctor filmed nine women in the changing room and toilet of Nelson Hospital with a miniature recording device, the NZ Herald reported.
