Deutsche Bank AG shareholder Michael Bohndorf, who was spied on by detectives the bank hired, sued the lender and its chairman Clemens Boersig over the investor- espionage affair. …. The action seeks to make Deutsche Bank and Boersig reveal the findings of an internal investigation into possible privacy-law violations, according to the 25 page complaint obtained from Bohndorf.
