One web site urges you to leave Facebook on May 21.  Another site wants you to quit Facebook on May 31.   Had Ashley Johnson quit Facebook, she might still have a job.   The waitress lost her job for complaining about a low-tipping customer and naming her place of work, a violation of the company’s policy.

Well, Mark Zuckerberg wants everything public, right?   Will he hire her as a way of supporting FB users who use his service and adopted his public strategy?

Somehow, I doubt that most regular readers reveal a lot of personal information on Facebook, if they use it at all, but if you do, consider letting Facebook know how you feel about their privacy policies and practices.  The expression “kick them to the curb” comes to mind…
