A Burnsville man is suspected of taking hundreds of photos of unwitting girls’ inner thighs and panties at public libraries, parks, the Minnesota Zoo and in his neighborhood, court documents say.
Dean K. Lindo, 38, is charged with five counts of “interference with privacy,” a felony, for allegedly holding a camera and cell phone underneath tables to photograph girls’ intimate parts and for using other secretive methods to take photographs, according to a criminal complaint filed in Dakota County District Court last week.
