Australia’s data retention bill – initial reaction

In a few posts this past month, I’ve noted the data retention bill (text) (explanatory memo) submitted to the Australian Parliament, and telcos’ initial reaction, but as a solo blogger, it’s hard to keep up with all the developments and perspectives.
