File this under “small breach, big potential harm.” Rebekah Cavanagh reports:

A principal has been investigated for disclosing confidential information about a student to her father, who was banned from going within 2km of her, and for accepting a ­donation from the man.

The headmaster confirmed to the father that his daughter was a student, and supplied her school reports after receiving a $1500 cheque from the man.
