A Fort White man was being held at the Alachua County jail Friday for allegedly videotaping another man having sex with a woman who was unaware she was being recorded.
Keniel Luis Alvarez, 21, who identified himself as a promoter, was arrested Sept. 10 and charged with video voyeurism, scheming to defraud, fraudulent use of a credit card and two counts of petty theft.
Another man charged in the case, Mauricio Cardenal, 23, of Gainesville, is awaiting trial.
