While the country goes to hell in a handbasket, Chronicles of Dissent 1-2-3

Well, as if I needed yet another reason to avoid working, my soon-to-be-former friend Paul Ferguson of Fergie’s Tech Blog fame tagged me for the “…the most annoying thing since email chain letters.” Fergie blames Ryan Singel of Threat Level, who, of course, blames someone else. Only the Shadow knows…

Here’s the deal. I have been instructed to open the nearest book to page 123, go down to the 5th sentence and type up the 3 following sentences. “Or else.”

Shaking in fear that the “Or else” might mean 8 more years of Bush derivatives, I grabbed the nearest book on my shelf, which happened to be Barbara Geller, M.D. and Melissa P. DelBello, M.D.’s book, Bipolar Disorder in Childhood and Early Adolescence.

What percentage of bipolar offspring with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder will develop bipolar disorder, and what are the risk factors for doing so? Do bipolar offspring with bipolar disorder not otherwise specified or cyclothymia develop criteria as adults for bipolar I disorder? Well-designed and carefully conducted longitudinal studies will tell us the significance of the results from past cross-sectional studies.

Now it’s my turn to pass the misery on by “tagging” five people who have the misfortune to have impressed me with their privacy-related blogs:

Way to go, Fergie… now even more people will be ticked off at me. :)
