Andrew Hough of the Telegraph reports that two robbers in Iowa, Matthew McNelly and Joey Miller, were arrested for attempted robbery with the “worst disguises ever.” The two tried to hide their faces with permanent marker.
Yes, you guessed it. When the police picked them up, the permanent marker was still well, permanent.
